Class Description: Friendish - Mastering Social Skills for Building Strong Friendships
Are you ready to embark on a fun and exciting journey to become a friendship expert? Look no further than our new Friendish social skills class, This year-long course is the perfect opportunity to develop the skills needed to create meaningful connections and make lasting friendships.
In this class, students will explore essential social skills to help them make friends and foster positive relationships with their peers. Some key topics include:
- Understanding and managing emotions
- Effective communication and active listening
- Developing empathy and perspective-taking
- Navigating conflicts and problem-solving
- Collaboration and teamwork
Young learners will build a solid foundation for creating and maintaining healthy friendships through engaging activities, discussions, role-playing scenarios, and interactive games.
We’ll be following the celebrated Mind Up program, and no additional books are needed beyond downloading a workbook from The Bookish Society.
